EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2023/2673), if you purchase goods or services online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (cooling-off period).

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

• Order number
• Purchase date and date of receipt
• Name of the product(s) you wish to cancel
• Your contact email address

We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email upon receipt.

Refund Information

Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exemptions
